Guided tour of the museum

A member of the Spengler Museum staff accompanies the group of visitors through the house, presenting the themes of the permanent exhibition and selected objects. The skeleton of the steppe mammoth from Edersleben is of course the centre of attention, and the changing themes of the special exhibitions always offer something new. Guided tours can also be booked for the Spengler House.

Museum tours last about an hour, advance booking is necessary.

Tuesday to Sunday
1:00pm to 5:00pm (last admission 4:30pm).

Groups can also visit the museum before 1 pm on weekdays by appointment.

Costs: Adults up to 12 persons 25,- Euro plus entrance fee, from 13 persons 2,- Euro per person plus entrance fee, in mixed age groups from 13 persons the children pay 1,- Euro plus entrance fee.
